Jaguars? Chiefs? Lions? Raiders or browns?

I guess failing at the end of the regular season is better than a whole season failure.

I think Romo is a good QB -- look at his stats. But he needs to get out of Dallas. Apparently, the people there have (understandably) lost faith in him. There are plenty of teams that could do well by replacing their current QBs with Romo.

He is a good QB, but when it comes to crunch time, he does stupid ****. He plays like a young QB and he should have the experience to know better. He has a decent team in front of him.

Romo is way over rated. If you are not a Cowboy fan you can see right through the hype and see he really isn't that good. Kind of like Tebow, only they made it work for more years than they should have. Bronco's were smart in getting rid of Tebow, even if they had not scored Manning. Cowboys should cut bait w/ Romo as well.
