Lead or Iron? Where is the best place to get it?

I am looking to stash weight in my boat in addition to the ballast. What do you prefer, lead or iron? Where is the best place to get it?

Lead. It can be molded to fit along the centerline of the hull (or other places) and for easier. Just don't eat too much of it.

That's funny b/c I actually did think about all the kids on our boat. I can hear my wife now..."you have WHAT in the boat?!"

Call Jared Cutler at LeadWake. Good bags, and a better price than above. I have several of his bags and have been pleased with the quality. My $0.02.

X2 for Jared at Leadwake, bag quality is awesome and lead is more sense so the bags are 50lbs each and small.
