Floor panel removal

I have a 2001 Prostar 205v. How is the large square floor panel removed? Its the one between the back seat and the ski locker. Thx.

Yes. I have the same boat. The panel will be under the back seat, so you will need to pull up from the end by the ski locker. Mine fits in really tightly.

So use a screw driver or some other flat blade to get under the front and pry up?

Do you have a hole in the floor to access the drain plug? If yes, then you should be able to pull from there. Mine actually has a small handle in the floor. Worst case you could use a screw drive our thin pry bar. The panel is aluminum. The space between the panel and locker is fiberglass.

I just worked on mine in my Maristar 230. I just removed 2 Philips head screws and pulled up from the access hole for the floor drain and bilge pump. I just can't get the whole panel out because it is so tight under the seat support. I'm going to add a floor mounted removable table and need to drill a hole for the table support and I didn't want to hit the gas tank.
