Deckadance Care & Textured Floor Care

Hey all, this may seem like a silly question but any tips on best practices to keep the decksdance in good shape (clean). I'm noticing it start to yellow on the floor side. And my textured floor is becoming harder to keep pristine white.

Yellowing starting to show up on the underneath sides of main sections. The other piece is the helm pad and is staying nice. You can see the difference. I've tried a bleach / "totally awesome" combination and even used a powered scrub bush to no avail. I didn't think the water we ski in is that dirty....and even if it was, I would think it would wash out. Btw...the top side of this decksdance still looks nice.

Maybe try using a pressure washer to pull this out?

I noticed some black moldy looking substance this weekend and I hit it with a pressure washer and its all gone. I have had mine in all winter and the boat was getting wet so it was expected.

WD-40 works wonder on stains....
