I skied them slow at 30 mph, but I was on a new (to me) ski - a 67" HO A1...

1st set I actually almost ran my opener... 15 off - 30 mph - 5, fall, fall, 6, 6 4 (roller)...

I'll bump to 32 next outing... but I need to get out before Friday - i'm going diving fri-sun with kyle @ the texas flower gardens... i'll open a thread when we get back.

Where are you guys at? I'm from Raleigh too and I normally go to Harris or Jordan. This section doesn't look familiar.

That pic is the private lake where I am a member. We go out to Harris most weekends. Jordan sometimes. Hit me up sometime and we will meet up.

I got out yesterday for my first full set. The first time I got out 2 weeks ago, I ran my opener and gave up on the wind coming back in and said no more today.

Yesterday I got the first full set of the year. 4@-35

Ran -28 and -32 no problem. I had a 20 mph cross wind and had a bad start on my -35. Got to the end and sat down for a second. I get back up and pull out, got a descent gate and 1 ball. I ran 4 and just came up short on 5. Skied to the dock and opened a cold beer. I just didn't see much more fun in that kind of wind. Man that beer tasted so good.

Having a certain audience always seems to bring out my best runs regardless of what is on my feet. I'm sure that's true for most...

The private lake near Raleigh your ski club leases is familiar to me. I took this photo when I was there last July doing a sea trial of a '94 190 one of your members, Joe L., was selling. I drove up from Florida to look at four 190s -- that boat and one other in North Carolina and two in Tennessee. Ended up buying a '94 190 in Lebanon, Tennnesse.
