Yeah- I'm still trying to figure out why he thinks hitting wakes so hard the tracking fins come out of the water is a good marketing visual. I know how I drive my boat, and I'd be pretty worried to buy a boat that I know had been treated like that. Like not buying a street bike that's been wheelied and 'stunted'.
I do wish the OP luck in getting somewhere with his legal action against Monster Marine. Not sure he'll get far going against Seth Whashisname, because of the LLC protection, but still, I hope he's successful.

The #1 was just a thing to see what was goin on in here. You gentlemen are the bomb in boating! I've been busy and even Seth had to answer my text. I'll explain here soon.
