Replacement for JL MC-4300 Amp

Is there a good direct replacement for the JL MC-4300 Amp for the 4 tower speakers in an 08 MC? Mine has a bad hum and one of the speaker outputs doesn't work. Is there something with a similar hole pattern? Have two small children so don't really care about it being any more powerfull than the JL.

Is it worth trying to fix what I have?

A good replacement in a smaller, more efficient, but similar in power amplifier would be the JL Audio XD400/4.
The JL Audio 4300 is an excellent amplifier. It will actually deliver 500 watts. The only downside to that model series is that it does not have a sophisticated self-preserving protection circuit as do the newer amplifiers.
Usually there is a flat rate to repair an amplifier unless the cause is water damage. The cost might be around $125 to $150 from a factory authorized service facility. But you'll have to spend $400+ to get a new and comparable quality amplifier.
