http://www.ramp-n-clamp.com/
Coupon code: teamtalk20

Hello Team Talk members,

We have been working with MasterCraft for the last 18 months while developing this product. I am proud to say that the Ramp-N-Clamp latch is now approved for all current MasterCraft models except the X55.

It will be available as an option directly from MasterCraft soon. It will also be available at your local MasterCraft dealer and was demonstrated to the dealers in Orlando last month during the MasterCraft Dealer Days.

Ramp-N-Clamp can also replace any current latch or roller for any year MasterCraft trailer.
I will attach some info and video links and work to answer any questions.

Even though we have been working together closely I do not have MasterCraft's pricing information. The price should be on the option list to dealers soon.

Looks like a great product, curious as to how it holds up over time as the boat buddy was great but started to malfunction after repeated use.

I don't want to buy from a dealer as they will mark up the price 20%. I want to buy from manufacture.

I say that you get on good terms with all the teamtalk/MC loyalist and offer a group buy so those who aren't buying a new boat anytime soon could maybe help you push your product to non ski boaters....

Question is, does it scuff the boat! That was my biggest peeve with the boat buddy.

It is our opinion that the previous latch was flawed by design.

We have Ramp-N-Clamp units that have been cycle tested for over two years and show almost no wear. The design of the moving part is centered so it does not move out of alignment with hits from the boat.

The Ramp-N-Clamp weighs 6 lbs and is made of stainless steel and Stoltz urethane. The previous latch was 1.5 lbs of stainless and plastic.

Stoltz urethane is the best bow stop material available in the world. Many other materials were tested and failed. This material definitely will not scuff the boat, and it won't leave any marks as long as the boat is waxed. It is the same material as the stock bow roller.

So I take it that was a hard No on the group buy?

Will it work to older boats? Sounds like only will be available via MC.

Yes it will work for any trailer with 3-4 inch winch uprights and boat with the extended bow eye. MasterCraft has been using the extended bow eye since 1991.

It will be available online but this forum is not for advertising.
