Speakers where tower caps are??

We have a 2012 x-7 and struggle to hear audio in the driver and passenger seating area. Has anyone put small speakers where the caps are in the tower? Any other ideas how to get more sound in this area?

Or the Rev 8's if you want a smaller "footprint" for the smaller X7, loud as can be, but not crazy loud like the Rev 10's

How many in-boat speakers do you have and are they amplified?

If I read you right, then you mean the tower pods made mounting speaker cans!????

Answer is yes ..... search tower speakers here on TT and you will find many threads.

I would most definitely install an amp for the in-boats. I would also consider adding that 3rd pair as well. This will make a huge difference when underway.
