Usually averaged about 10.5 or 11 mpg pulling my 205 with my 2011 ecoboost. That's at the speed limit on flat Saskatchewan highways.

Navigator L (extended) with 205 on a tandem we get 9-10...75mph from Knoxville to Dale Hollow (hills all the way). Now we leave the boat at the lake gas savings pays for storage cost and makes it much easier.

2013 F-150 Eco-boost gets 10 mpg towing the X-star. 65 mph
13-14 mpg towing the prostar. 18 mpg solo.
My '07 Yukon XL Denali 6.2 got the same exact mpg's.

IIRC my buddy's Nissan pickup 5.4 liter sucked up gas when towing his X-1.

jersey... seriously? the EB gets 10 mpg towing your star?

that may have flipped me from wanting an EB to a GMC 6.2.

I'm going to be shopping for a truck this year. The new GM 6.2 looks great on paper. I've heard that the EB tows like a champ, but mileage isn't that great. My buddy was at the auto show last weekend and said that the Dodge had his favorite interior when you start comparing top of the line trim levels. I plan on driving them all. Looking forward to getting a mpg bump coming from my 2003 Sierra Denali.

great point ... if i was a sarcastic bastard, and i'm not of course, i'd say i dont know what my mileage is towing my X14 1/4 mile twice a year ... once to put it in and once to pull it out ... occasionally i need to use a different ramp and then its maybe 5 miles ... that probably cost me another 25 cents

my neighbors log home is for sale ... then you could be my neighbor!

10-12 mpg on my 02 E150 and 02 Explorer. Haul it to Ontario every year.... Spend more time at 60 mph when towing to maximize fuel consumption.
