I just bought a used X30 and went through the whole buying process. That is a good price on a 2008 X2. I don't remember coming across many X2s that new under $50K. Someone should jump on that deal.

I am thinking it is priced fair. We will see. I am going to trade it before the end of the year if it doesn't sell. I want my new boat sitting in my garage not on the show room floor. Lol.

Sweet boat and you have enough room in that garage for more toys!

My original plan was to wait and try to make a little more money on my boat at 48900.00. I think I am going to just trade it in. $47,500.00 makes me break even with the tax trade allowance they are giving me and the trade price, so if someone wants it for that I will sell it. It really does not matter to me but I can guarantee it would be a nice boat at a nice price for someone. So $47,500.00 is final if not I guess I will throw some pictures of the new boat on when I get her. I have about 15 days before I deliver it to my dealer as a trade/down payment.

$47,500 is at the upper end of what an '08 X2 is worth IMO. Getting $47,500 (factoring the sales tax) is doing really well.

I suppose, I am by no means a professional at this. I just thought it seemed like a good price judging what a new one costs. I didn't see anything on here that looked to par so I guess with that said I'll trade it in.

With a trade offer at the level I wouldn't even blink... considering the hassle free transaction. There's plenty of downside trying to go private sale. Scheduling viewings.. dealing with scammers.. tire kickers etc.. Then the time and trouble to ensure a safe transaction. It would have to be several thousand dollars benefit to go private before I'd think it would be worth the while..

I agree. It's always drilled into buyers not to buy until you've test driven, boarded, ski'd, surfed, etc. Selling my X14 was a pain in the ***. Until a real customer came along. The few before that wasted hours of my time.
