They wouldn't do my '09 without decals. Had to have dealer peel them off when the boat got to him.

I know it can be done, the dealer just needs to contact the right people. If no decal is what you want, I bet a call to the factory before the boat enters production would do the trick.

My dealer was pretty involved with the factory. But it just may be that it wasn't worth the effort. Maybe he figured it was just easier to have his guys do it. But the reason I remember it is because I found it odd that the factory would say no to that request.

O.k. funny because each girl that I ask likes the black, the guys mostly like the chrome. I'm torn...but I did confirm I can have them not install it. I am leaning now of getting the chrome, but having them leave it off and I can wait to see it in person before deciding. That got me thinking though and I'm debating having them not put any of the stickers on at all (the big X and the chevrons that go down the side) to have it be really clean looking...I kind of like the idea of no identification at all and people having to ask what the hell it is.

Can you do the X Star in Black and the MasterCraft in Chrome? That would be my vote

DING DING DING! We have a winner

I've always thought the big X is an eye sore on an otherwise sexy looking boat. I do like the chevrons though.
