205 owners- inner liner debond?

Ok folks restoring a badly beaten 98- 205- See under restorations. Prepping for carpet and pulled up carpet in front storage areas under seats. Glad I did. The inner liner has become debonded from the hull in the forward section. 1) Anyone had this happen, 2) how'd you fix it, 3) I assuming it may have fed water into the hull- Yes or no? - Appreciate any input. Thanks Wingnut

Dave, maybe post this question in your resto thread along with a picture or two, someone will have something to go on.
