Windshield support help (205V)

First time poster here, but have been following the forums for quite a while now...

I've got a 2003 X2 (205V hull) and I noticed a small plastic piece underneath the brackets that support the windshield. The port side piece has broken and I'm not sure what to replace it with. Has anyone run into this? If so, what did you replace it with?

I've attached a picture of the starboard side piece that isn't broken for reference.

I haven't seen a shim like that on any MC I've looked at. Like Mike, I'd question whether that was factory.

I picked up some really sturdy ones from Ranger Boats catalogue. They were a ton sturdier than the MC replacement. And that you have there does not look stock

I have the same boat, just looked and have the same spacer that look pretty similar to yours and I see that my port side one is 1/4 gone as well.
I will take the broken one out and probably make the part up from some plastic but may try a dealer part first, sometimes they surprise me and have parts in stock that are actually pretty reasonably priced.

Thanks for the replies everyone.

I'm the 3rd owner of the boat. It has been free of any problems that would keep me off the water in the 3 years I've owned it. Occasionally, I get a small, weird issue like this. I'd agree that it just looks like a plastic shim.

Sounds like I should check with the dealer and try some of the options listed here if no parts are available.

Just wanted to follow up...

It turns out that this is a factory part. Midwest Mastercraft was able to track it down for me. Here's a picture of the new shim:
