First time winterize in Montana

First end of season for me. In less than a month the average night temp will easily be around freezing if not well below. My engine is a 351, I have 5 drain valves instead of the standard drain plugs. So I can drain my engine after every use on the lake with 5 easy levers. I just changed my oil 2-3 engine hrs ago should I change it again (that seems excessive)before I actually put it away?
It will be stored inside a building for the winter (not heated). Night temps in MT can get to -30 F several times a winter, followed by a 40-50 F day just days later. We have a semi extreme winter. It will be in storage for 6-7 months.
I have read about getting it full of actual antifreeze before storage, I think this sounds like a good idea.
Is it necessary to fog the engine? I have never done this, I have just been reading that many people do this also. Do you only fog the pistons or should I do more than that? Could someone explain using fogging oil more specifically?
Changing spark plugs, impeller, fuel filter, tranny fluid can these things wait till the spring or should I do them before?
What else am I missing? Engine only has 60 hrs on it. I want to make sure I take good care of it.
I hope it dumps snow the day after I put her away for the winter. Then I can shred the Rockies.

This is basically what I do.

Dewinterization Checklist

As for fogging, with the engine running (and utilizing a water source) lift the flame arrestor and spray fogging oil (or slowly pour Marvel's Mystery Oil) into the carburetor or throttle body. Don't be stingy with the fogging oil. Kill the engine. At this point, you can remove the spark plugs and fog the cylinders if you like, but I wouldn't bother if you can fog through the intake as mentioned above.

On the oil, I would probably say it's fine through the winter.

I would change the transmission fluid before layup.

On antifreeze, if you have a PCM marinization, drain the block and risers, remove the hose from the water pump that goes to the t-stat housing, raise it above the t-stat housing and pour about 3 gallons of RV antifreeze into the block. The PCM marinizations have a bypass that will allow the antifreeze to flow into the block even if the engine is not warm. Do not dillute RV antifreeze.

If you don't have a PCM marinization, you can suck antifreeze into a drained block via the water intake. Fill a five gallon bucket and don't forget to fog the intake as the bucket is running out.

How much marvels mystery oil do you pour down the carb? I watched a video where a guy put 4oz is that enough or to much?

What is the consensus on fogging the cylinders in FI engine that you don't fog thru intake? I usually do, but am tight on time and wondering if I am over killing this one. Boat sits about 6-7 months. That hurts to say.
