I just checked from Glenview to Channahon and it's a 1 hour drive, that's not as bad as I thought. Heck, it takes me 45 minutes to get up to the Fox River where our boat is stored.

I can't be real flexible during the weekend, but does anybody down there go out during the week? Maybe next summer we can get something going. Be glad to pay for gas, or you could come visit us on the Fox! It's a nice river other than too crowded on weekends. You need to be off the water by 11-12.
