X Star Waterline cover

Looking into orderinig a waterline cover to use for winter storage. I am looking at SkiboatCovers (link below). Anyone deal with this company? How good are their covers?

Lastly, does anyone have or seen a photo of their waterline cover?

Anybody know the pros/cons between the Top Gun and Sunbrella? Up here we get a lot of snow/ice. Im thinking the Top Gun would be better. Anyone?

I bought a waterline cover from them, I could not be more pleased with the fit and quality. Call him and tell him where you are and your intentions, he will suggest the best fabric for your needs.

Slight threadjack, what are you going to do with your old cover Bjames?

Or,

I could use a transport cover for my X-star if anyone has one of those.

I just got a Sunbrella cover from them for my ProStar 209. Standard fit with custom tower cutouts, a stripe down the middle and Gore-Tenera Thread.

They spent 30 minutes on the phone with me discussing the options and I ended up opting for Sunbrella for the added breathability. We store our boat inside at a Marine Shop right across the street from our State Recreation Area Launch site, so I don't trailer the boat more than a 1/2 mile from storage to the launch site and then back, so I don't have the luxury of leaving the boat uncovered while I pull it an hour home from the lake to help with interior drying.

They were very professional, the custom cutouts fit my tower perfectly and the cover was delivered in a very timely fashion. It is extremely well made. I can't say enough good things about them. Mike, the owner, is a top notch guy.

I love this cover, it's 2x as thick as the stock cover I got with the boat. It's in need of a little cleaning, but other than that it's great. Only thing I would change are the tower gaskets, would like to have them tighter

oh, also, the stripe down the middle might look stupid, and i thought it was until the first time i put the cover on the boat. its such a massive cover you need something that lets you know where the center should be
