X25 air temp gauge

I just had a software upgrade done on my 2012 X25.
The air temp gauge only read 32 no matter what the temp.
Now the air temp option has been deleted from the programming.
MC says its not an option on the 2012's
Does anyone have this feature working? MC said it is a problem with the Medallion gauges.
My 2010 X2 had Medallion gauges and the air temp worked fine.

Yeah it's one of those 2012 product 'improvements'.

MC forgot (to ask medallion) to put a temp sensor into their instruments for 2012 (which probably costs less than 2ct in China), so they just deleted that menu point with a later software update.

Yup.. my 2012 ALWAYS read 32 degrees and never got fixed.

What is funny is my VDIG (2009) has the air temp and works
