Wireless Head Unit to GoPRO?

Recently while purchasing a used MC X Star I was told they make audio units that feed the video wirelessly from a GoPro on the back of the boat to the video module on the dash. has anyone see or heard of which audio systems are compatible. Trying to avoid spending major $ if the add on doesn't work.

If the audio unit pickes up wifi and can use the gopro app then it may be doable, as for us we use my samsung tablet to track the gopro3.
