Up grading to a four barrel carb

Hi All.

I have a 99 sportstar with a 5.7 vortec max. I want to change out the cab to a four barrel. Does any one know what carb I should use and where the best place to order it would be?

Chris

Standard carb would be a Holley 4160 marine carb. SKIDIM sells them but they are available cheaper other places. Does this have a 2 barrel carb on it now?

Go from EFI to a carb? Might want to pull out the electronic ignition and throw in some points too.

So I stand to be corrected, I do have EFI. So would I get better performance by putting a better throttle body? Mine does look like the picture posted
