MPH Guage not working after running aground

I am a new owner of a 2008 MasterCraft X-Star SS. Seems I have committed the common error, running aground at a sand bar and trying to get myself out. In the process, the depth finder went haywire but has now returned to normal, however my MPH gauge remains at 0 MPH. Does anyone have any information to rectify the situation?

Stop running aground... Jk.

I assume it's a paddle wheel, and it's either stuck up with sand, has the plastic bent so the wheel won't spin? If it IS a paddle wheel, take the boat out or lift it, and you can unthread the paddle wheel and pull it up to inspect.

If it's old pitot, it's plugged. Put some air thru it with a compressor.

Ok. Yep its on my dry storage at the marina. I will have a look tomorrow morning before some boarding. Hopefully I can find where the paddle wheel is. Thanks chriscraftmatt1976
