How to Remove Haze from Old Decal and Ink

So....I bought a 2007 X-2 and when the previous owner placed the boat in storage for the winter he put his wet insurance papers against the transom which were within a plastic sleeve with advertising ink on it. This led to ink transfer onto the fibreglass. In the same general area you can see where the old Mastercraft sticker was due to differing textures, shiney where the sticker was and a bit foggy on the rest of the transom.

I'm looking for suggestions on how to rectify both the above issues....

Thanks!

You'll have to wet sand it. There's a bunch of threads on here for that. Run a search and pick up a few tips first. Good luck!
