wrecked 2008 xstar

i havent been on this website since my xstar was wrecked and salvaged last year. i had a few pm's asking me about my boat and what the damage was like and how it runs. so i was just curious if anybody had seen this boat for sale or knows who bought it. i checked the for sale adds all the way back to september 12 and didnt see anything. if you arent familiar with my boat i had posted pics before it was the red/white x star with zero grapphics the old "bone crusher" thanks for any info

Well i can see if somebody bought it to part it out but with $58k in damage i dont know how you could make any money off of it by repairing it and selling it. If someone bought it already "repaired" id be worried.

I wanted to replace it for this summer of course. The wife is a little unsure if she will ride in a boat again and i dont want to go buy a new xstar if she wont be on it. I really want her to go out one day and see how she feels but everyone i know with a boat either has a junker or they are only interested in going out stopping at ski beach and getting wasted so my boating future is up in the air as of right now.

My wife is from Elk Grove and we go up there all the time. I always want to take my boat up there. We just dont know where to go or know anyone that knows where to go.

So, I know summer is almost over but if I make it up that way again I will be sure to let you know.

If you ever have to drive through Bakersfield... plan on stopping for a few hours and I would be happy to run you guys out to Beuna Vista for some quick pulls to.

Just dont give up on the Star...
