93 prostar 190.. FLOOR COOLER ???

Wil post pics asap... Have a 93 190 putting new engine in it ... But in the floor in front of the ski pole .. There is a plastic proab 10" by 12" flip lid plastic compartment with removable trey and one know what this is .. like i said will post pics tonight

That's a good idea. I wanna put duals in mine and there's no good spot. I think I used it as a cooler once. Not very convenient.

Two batteries will not fit in the aforementioned compartment.

One battery will fit nicely, and I placed a second battery on up front where the floor meets the hull, placing it in a battery box and securing it to the floor. Been there two years with no issues.

I run 3 batteries in my boat. One is in the factory rear battery holder next to fuel tank.

I have a '93 190

I'm doing that to mine this winter for sure. Did you have to reinforce that or anything?
