I have an 86 also but I am not planning on selling any time soon. They are great boats.

That's true and I'll not disagree with you. But the market drives the rate of turnover, plain and simple. If you want your product sold now and it doesn't sell then the market is telling you that, in the present environment, you'll need to lower the price.
