Do you have to use your finger to check the oil in these 'Prostates'? Go up through the exhaust ports?

I heard there was a problem with these older Prostates. The bilge pump frequently kicks on, but very little liquid comes out.

what I find hilarious is he says price is firm but then states at the end serious offers only
