Mastercraft SS plus X25
Looking at upgrading to a new X25, does anybody know if the Saltwater series wake is the same/better/worse than a freshwater model, because my local dealer said there is more dead rise, deeper V etc and just wondering how this effected the wake! Thanks!
http://www.mastercraft.com/video/detail/40 to me it sounds like they are suggesting its a different hull shape Also hey just wondering what the differences are between the 2013 and 2014 mastercrafts, in particular x25 Also i am coming from a 2007 X2 that we loaded with factory + fly high and the wake was good, nothing amazing but was always very satisfied, we are thinking of upgrading to the X25 is the wake significantly better/worse or different to an x2? Lastly in that range of boats are there any other major recommendations, any brand, what are peoples thoughts on the G23, open to all options thanks! |

yeah your dealer is full of it. there are zinc anodes on the hull, and closed cooling saltwater motors.

I got a chance to ride behind a g23 and its awesome. I currently have an 2007 x2 and run about 3500 lbs to get a decent wake. The g23 was a better wake without ballast than mine was with 3500lbs. If I had 100k to drop I'd give the g a hard look.
