07 x-15 Won't start

My mechanic just replaced the fuel pump on my x-15, getting good pressure to the rail but now it wont start. He says there is no spark getting to the engine. I dont know if there should have been some thing else that needed to be replace at the time of the pump.. or maybe he might have hit a wire or some thing. Anyway I am just hoping for some suggestions as what may be the problem here, like obvious things that need to be checked to determined where the fault may be. I am sure he has done some checks but any other advise would be appreciated.
Thanks
