Black spots all over

I have a 1988 Prostar that got black spots all over the vinyl interior. I have tried everything to get clean it--save bleach. Nothing has worked. magic eraser lightend it up a bit, but not enough. Any ideas

use Starbrite mildew and stain remover i used it on my seat and it took the mold /mildew right off all you do is spay it on and let it do the job. you might want to get a 1/2 gallon.
