Both Speedos out - have voltage to mcd

I have traced voltage to the mdc with key in on position and turn paddle wheel. It looks like there are 2 wires that are brown and brown/white that go to the speedo toggles and then to speedos and there isn't any voltage there. I did not get any reading from any wire coming out of mdc when turning paddle wheel. (I am assuming one plug ..with more wires ... is input and the other is output??) Took to dealer a while back and tried a different box and did the same thing. I have visually check ground to mdc and don't see anything out of the ordinary. I ran out of daylight last night to continue checking ... any thoughts
Is there anything with wiring diagram under dash area?

THANKS

I had to replace my speedo and fix my harness do to corrosion. Open the word file. This helped me determine mine was bad. Good luck
