Thanks!!

Just wanted to thank everyone who has contributed to this forum. It's full of a lot of informative and usefully information which help persuade me to purchase my first boat (07 X15 ... which was found in the sale section).

I look forward to taking on more maintenance myself which the forums help. Right now I've just mainly tackled cosmetic stuff (trying to keep the boat a clean as I received it ... might be catching MCOCD).

As a thanks here are a few pictures from this past weekend (post are always better with pictures )

Not from this weekend, but is the first picture of my combo [courtesy of OneWheat]

Hey FOnz, looks like your up on the chain of lakes... From where you're located the Illinois River is not far away as well.

@mikeg

That is actually Lake Delavan (~5min west of Lake Geneva). It where I usually go. The launch attendant looks at the truck and boat every time, grins, and shakes his head. One time he ask how I make that kind of money. I replied deal drugs and drove off

Was on the chain once. Started on the Fox River down in Barrington. Went all the way up through the lock, and into the chain.

I eventually want to make it onto the Illinois River a few times (trying to figure out where I want to launch), hit Lake Springfield for a weekend, and possible venture out onto Lake Michigan.
