Have you thought about one of the portable car ports? They are like $500 around here for one big enough to back a boat under. Has tin roof, and could easily have sides put on it. I know the p.o. Of my boat kept mine covered under one of those and it worked very well. I'll find a link to one

Thanks for the great input guys. Will need to check with the HOA about carports; ours isn't as strict as most HOAs but I don't want to tick the neighbors off either. Will probably do a sunbrella waterline cover in the summer (until the covering situation is figured out) and then our garage or my brother's carport in the winter.

Not a true dehumidifier but it works well. Even in steamy FL

No mold in my boat that I keep in a carport and covered. My old boat I left covered without this and fought mold. In short it works well.
