Is the damage to the clear surface or deeper into the flakes?

im going to say just the clear surface. it still shines and looks like metal flake but when not in the light it appears darker then the rest.

post a picture of the damage via photobucket so we can get a better idea of the unfortunate damage.

If the damage is just in the clear it can be wet sanded out. If you are into the flake then that is another story all together.
