To me, this forum is about love of inboard boats. It is about the sharing of information and, on a good day, some humor. It is not about post count, brand of boat, or any other superfluous labels that lend themselves to a false sense of superiority. Please, respect one another, try to pass on accurate information, and keep your eye on the ball.

I JUST got off the phone with Texas Ski Ranch and it's true! They are now a Malibu delaer.... They mentioned they would honor existing MasterCraft Warranty's for another year..... After one year they said they would service all inboards..... The head of the Service Department "Josh" will remain of staff.... That cat rocks and I am glad he will remain..... I am STUNNED!

That's good! He is awesome, I've gotten more than my share of great help/advice from him. I'm wondering if they dropped MC or the other way around? It can't be easy to sell ultra high end wakeboats.

Boat Town in Austin doesn't sell Nautique ... they sell NauticStar, which are bay, offshore and sportdeck type to my understanding. Boat Town does sell MC, Cobalt, FourWinns and Cruisers yachts ... The Sail and Ski centers are this area's Nautique, Sea Ray and a few other brands dealer.

I have had okay luck with Boat Town for my MC over the years, but never had to have anything major done.

Dockside Marine on south end right off 105 of Lake Conroe is a MC dealer, they picked MC up after Houston MC folded. My impression is it's a Nautique dealer than happens to have Mastercraft.

Thats at least some good news. Josh has always taken great care of us. At least we can still go there for the next year. After that, we'll have to find another dealer. We have an extended warranty through 2015.
