Well, just got the call from insurance and I released the dealer to start the work!
Maybe I'll salvage some of the season

Carpet protection in and the dealer is scheduled to pull engine tomorrow, then off the the rebuilder....not where I would like to be but at least getting they are started.

If there is any good I guess a fresh engine is it. I had 817 hours on it.

Engine rebuild, prop recondition, complete new exhaust, service transmission, then glass work.

Still no Boat!
From the time I dropped the boat off the mechanic told me he would have it done "in a couple of weeks". I have gone in for updates pretty often, and I always heard "couple of weeks". Finally lost my cool last week, so I get a call yesterday........the new update has shifted to "definately this week or next week"............isn't that the same answer as before!
