2006 X-1 Bow filler cushion

Just wanted to share my bow filler cushion that I just finished. Used 3/4" starboard, square aluminum tube for stiffening, stainless 1/4-20 T-nut's to attach Legs, and stiffener tube. Got the folding stainless support legs off ebay. Local upholstry shop did the rest, they charged me 110.00 Total cost about 275.00

Will probably add a rubber pad or something to protect the cupholders/gel from the staples.

Sweet Design! This is on my todo list for the spring. Where did you get the vinyl and starboard?

Thanks, I got the starboard from BoatOutfitters.com Ordered 32"x16"x3/4" 71.68+s/h (16.00)

The viny the upholstery shop ordered, we looked thru books of samples and found colors/texture that were close, did not get exact match, but close enough for me. The piping will help break it up too.

Ive been thinking about making my own for my 2003 x2. do you have the dimensions of the starboard? ie radius or the cup holder area and the length and width of the triangular section?

Thanks!

Isn't the X-2 wider? I'd have to go out and measure the triangle part, as far as the cup holders, It's not really a radius. I had to use a cardboard template to get a perfect fit, took about 5 tries with the cardboard,

BTW, great job on this. Would have loved to see progress pics or get more specifics on the build.

Thanks!
