Observer Seat Gas Shock

I need a new gas shock for my 02 X-30 observer seat. The clamping flanges broke. I think when the interior was being re-installed, they forced them on instead of releasing them and locking back into position. Either way, I can't read the part number on the label. Anyone know which one I need. I found some on waterskis.com that measure the same length, but I don't know about the poundage.

Think I found it, SPDHardware.com. Turns out the ends are threaded and can be removed. $1.86 each. Awesome!
