I looked for one for a while but could never find one. I made a cardboard template and took it to a local vinyl shop and had them make me one. It cost me $75. For the support I cut out a piece of 1/2" hpde. I paid $50 or so for it.

Good luck. Here's what my support and cushion look like. The cushion is soft on both sides. It has a zipper on the back to stuff the cushion inside.

I got it from plastec profiles 717-593-9200. A friend of mine bought some off ebay from them, so I just called them up and got it a little cheaper.
