The Wolf range is super craveworthy!

When we redid the kitchen, I wanted to go gas, but the way our attic is setup, we couldn't drop a line from the furnace. Running it from the fireplace was the only option and I wasn't going to pay $2,000 to have a line run all the way around the house.

10 gallon batches with 14+ gallon boils depending on the length of the boil. 20 gallon kettles (except 15g HLT) and two 15 gallon fermenters (typically only one is in service, but it's nice to have a backup when doing lagers).

I did have a natural gas line run to the corner of the garage. No more propane for me. Blichmann controllers keep mash and hlt within 0.5 degrees.

To me, this forum is about love of inboard boats. It is about the sharing of information and, on a good day, some humor. It is not about post count, brand of boat, or any other superfluous labels that lend themselves to a false sense of superiority. Please, respect one another, try to pass on accurate information, and keep your eye on the ball.
