I would like to think that all of us running our boats at 100% ++ capacity are fairly competent sailors. We aren't doing this as a joke but to get the most out of our boat. If the conditions out on the water change then we drain the ballast. I have been thinking about getting a tsunami pump as a backup in case a pump breaks down...
