On a serious note, Neeleys Interstate in Memphis or on State Line Rd is the bomb (better that Rendevous imo)

Moe's BBQ in B'ham. There smoked Turkey in white BBQ sauce is great. They also have a very different (not creamy) slaw that I really like.
Full Moon BBQ in B'ham. The original place downtown is my favorite for the history.
Sam's BBQ in Fayette has the best smoked chicken wings that I've ever had.
Wolf's BBQ - they can be found on the strip for AL game days in T'town. I have no idea where there brick and mortar place is.
How did you possibly leave out Carlisle's? It's 6th Ave So around 34th street...best ever.

Off the beaten path...Hooks BBQ in Troy, Luverne, and Opp Alabama is really good, If you got go to the original one in Opp try the Chili Dog Plate if you want something different.

In Montgomery and Troy (Montgomery has always been better to me) Country's BBQ is good and they garnish with marinated onions that are worth a stop to try them alone.

You just listed two of my favorites in B'ham. I live right between both of them. I usually go to Moes now before Full Moon, but I still think Full Moon is great. Unless I can find a brick and mortar for Wolf's the chances of me being in T'town on game day is pretty slim as i am an AU grad. I have eaten at Moes and Full Moon there though as well as the local favorite of Dreamland. Thanks for the suggestions. I will have to give Sam's a try next time I am over that way.

Great one, I haven't been there lately so it got missed.

Besides the fact that it is so far from where I work, about 3 blocks...

I want to say that I have tried Hooks before but I can't remember which location. I am originally from Montgomery and my family used to eat at Country's every Sunday after church, but I haven't eaten there in a while. I remember they had good fries. Thanks for the suggestions! Keep em coming! (I know, that's what she said...) Never gets old.
