It'll be very easy to dunk the bow with passengers up there, watch for rollers. Great boat.

To me, this forum is about love of inboard boats. It is about the sharing of information and, on a good day, some humor. It is not about post count, brand of boat, or any other superfluous labels that lend themselves to a false sense of superiority. Please, respect one another, try to pass on accurate information, and keep your eye on the ball.

Good deal. I used it when I bought my current boat. I would have forgotten to check a lot of things without it.

Kind of my point. The 195 'evolved' from the 95-97 190 hull when they cut the hole in the bow. The 205 was just a more in depth evolution. Not to be confused with the evolution hull.

If you want the performance of an inboard, it doesn't much metter how much roomier an IO is. Also keep in mind that an X2 is a similare sized inboard and it has a ton of room. Just remember what is drawint you to an open bow DD ski boat.

Thanks to everyone for your feedback. The price is a little high (maybe a K), but this boat rides great and with only 234 hours, it should give us many years of faithful service!

I should finalize the purchase on Thursday, and I'll do an introductory post with many pictures

I sold my 01 X5 last month for $17,700. It sold within two days of listing and I could have sold it a half dozen times over within the next few days as calls kept coming in. It was a great ski boat and good beginner wake boat. You'll enjoy yours. (i redid the upholstery on the rear seat, observer seat and bow seats. Same issue as yours.)
