1981 skier or powerslot

How can you tell the difference between a skier and a powerslot, or is it the same boat with the different trans?

Same boat, different transmission. The slot's will also have a cavitation pocket above the propeller in the hull to accomodate the larger prop. They'll also have a 1 1/8" prop shaft instead of the 1" shaft.

power slot was the transmission option. Gear reduction for increased torque and uses different prop.
