Deleting timers??

Has anyone deleted their ballast timers completely and if so how???

There is a user on here that can reprogram MC timers to whatever time you want, including removing the time all together. You can contact tr6coug about that option.

The other option is to removed the timers and go with a relay setup.

Here is an ebay auction for the relay and circuit breaker box. This would be cheaper then buying all the parts.

Yes, it would replace the timers.

I do not know if it will be a simple unplug plugin switch. You would have to verify your current wiring layout VS the pre-timer layout. However, I'm sure it could be made to work as the wires for your current switches run back to the timers and from there to the pumps. Its just a matter of identifying the wires going into the timer box and then out to the pumps. Once you do that you can repin the wires into the correct DT series deutsches connecters and plug in the new box.
