It's heat transfer vinyl. The black layer has a carbon fiber texture. I manually traced the shield logo in Inkscape. I might have been able to use one of the files that have been posted to the Dropbox account, but I knew I wanted to do the solid background so I just customized a version for that.

Thanks. On the front I just tweaked the Century Gothic font to make it taller. I think it looks pretty nice. I'll get a pic of the boat decal if I get it put on this weekend.

Very cool!! If you wanted to use a similar font to the MC font its called Hemi Head 426. I had my Registration numbers made in that font.
