Identify 2005 X-Star Part Replacement

Last weekend I had the seats up on my boat and my daughter stepped into the black tray under the rear seat. It cracked the tray and the plastic panel that holds it in place.

Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement panel? Any help is appreciated.
