Gas Spring Brackets

Does anyone have a resource for sourcing gas spring mounting brackets? I need the brackets for my rear sun deck pads and motor box. The parts are stamped with HSMP Hibshman Screw Machine Products) but it doesn't sound like they will sell direct. They recommended me to Attwood Marine whose site send you to backtoboating.com. I found some of the brackets but they are $39.00 for two which seems very high. Any thoughts??

If you have a local RV dealer - try them. Campers use the same hardware.

The efficiency of the members on this forum far surpasses any car forum I have ever used. Thanks for all the quick answers. It looks like all of these will work and were not previous places I had found or thought to look!

Well may not help, but if you are on the west coast of florida there is a discount marine surplus store in Sarasota FL that buys excess parts from many manufactures and they have a bunch of them, all different types. Web site doesnt show what they have - Marine Surplus- 7070 15th St E, Sarasota, FL 34243
(941) 758-3552. Give em a call, I saw them for 3 bucks a piece.
