KGB doesn't overflow

Curious situation with my new to me 2011 X-25... The KGB tank fills, but never spills out through the overflow like the rear corner bags do. The gauge will go from 0% to 100%, but no matter how many times I run the pump after reaching 100% I never see water spilling overboard. The rear corner tanks do exactly what I expect - hit 100% then start spilling through the hull.

Any ideas? Do the '11 X-25s not spill through the side of the hull but instead dump under the hull? My only other thought is there is something mostly plugging the vent line... allows air out, but not enough water for me to notice it spilling overboard. I know it's not overflowing into the bilge because the bilge doesn't fill and the bilge pumps never turn on.

very important to know if the vent line is free flow'n or clogged otherwise you may find yourself with a collapsed tank
