I haven't seen an Axis on Lake Travis... Mostly us MC, CC, and Malibu. Now with saying that we have had a influx of Tige.... They sell the boats for the price because people will buy them. Personally I love the X46 and the X30 and if I were to buy a NEW boat it would probably be one of those. Now, I bought a mastercraft for a reason and I will stay with them for the same reasons. I'm not about to go out and buy some discounted Moomba or anyother company because of those reasons. just my $0.02

The dealer did complain and contacted the regional rep, however MC can't make you buy a boat in territory for a 12k difference, the dealer we bought the boat from said he would take care of all of that. The local dealer gets all the service work (prices are crazy) but everytime I bring my boat to get services it reaffirms why I didn't buy a boat from them because nothing is ever done correct and they always forget something. Dealer service is everything in buying a boat however in Louisiana the only boat dealer is MC

Compared to a $130,000.00 Porsche, yes it is. It's all relative.

Different lake region and economy. I live on one of the most popular riding lakes in my region. I've seen exactly 2 newer vintage MC with newer 2 point towers. One was an x2. The other may have been a demo test boat as it was debaged and had black tower. Considering gere Marie is in my backyard not out the question. However tige and axis has new boats all over the lake. It may be a reflection of dealer representation time will tell as MC has had about of gap here.
