Power Tower with Camera Questions

Guys, having problems getting an x-25 with the ZFPT power tower and tower camera to fit in the garage. The tower camera is costing me the clearance into a 8' door. Is the tower camera threaded into the tower allowing easy removal? Any ideas or options if its not? Thanks in advance!

You need a special tool to remove the camera. I had the same issue with my garage. I had a detail discussion with my local MC service and he said that there are many peices to the assembly. He has removed the camera before but hesitates everytime. Apparently its a teadious task that can easily cuase damage if not done carefully. He showed me this tool that is required to un thread the pylon base. It looks like a shank about 1.5" dia that has knotches. Otherwise It cant be done with regular tools.

My plan was to have my service guy remove the pylon when winterizing, the re-install it at the beginning of the season. He said its about a 20 min job.
